ano hito wa dare desu ka.
Who is that person?

ルイスさんです。

ruisu san desu.
He is Luis.

どなた

donata

どなた is more polite than だれ.

e.g

あの方かたはどなたですか。

ano kata wa donata desu ka.
Who is that person?

※方かた is more polite than 人ひと. Both have the same meaning. When using どなた, 方かた  is used together.

サラさんです。

sara san desu.
She is Sara.
